EDP Compliance Manager

About The Job To ensure the compliance of EDP activities with the Danone Group's internal rules as well as with applicable local and international laws and regulations. Promote and anchor a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity within the EDP category. Identify, assess and contribute to the reduction of non-compliance risks (business practices, governance, interactions with stakeholders, conflicts of interest). Advise and support the teams (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, QFS, R&I, Support Functions) on the compliance requirements applicable to their activities. Ensure the implementation, proper application and monitoring of the Group's policies, procedures and compliance standards. Contribute to Speak Up systems, whistleblowing and compliance with ethical rules. Participate in audits, internal controls and action plans related to compliance and internal control. Act as the reference Compliance contact for the EDP category in Algeria. About You Bac +4/5 degree in Law, Finance, Business, Audit, Compliance or equivalent field. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (Compliance, Audit, Internal Control, Risk). Mobility required for national and regional travel. Languages French: fluent English: Professional Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. About The Job Garantir la conformité des activités de la catégorie EDP avec les règles internes du Groupe Danone ainsi qu’avec les lois et réglementations locales et internationales applicables. Identifier, évaluer et contribuer à la réduction des risques de non‑conformité (pratiques commerciales, gouvernance, interactions avec les parties prenantes, conflits d’intérêts). Conseiller et accompagner les équipes (Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, QFS, R&I, Fonctions Support) sur les exigences de conformité applicables à leurs activités. Assurer la déclinaison, la bonne application et le suivi des politiques, procédures et standards de conformité du Groupe. Contribuer aux dispositifs de Speak Up, à la gestion des alertes et au respect des règles d’éthique. Participer aux audits, contrôles internes et plans d’actions liés à la conformité et au contrôle interne. Agir comme interlocuteur Compliance de référence pour la catégorie EDP en Algérie. About You Diplôme Bac +4/5 en Droit, Finance, Business, Audit, Compliance ou domaine équivalent. 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire (Compliance, Audit, Contrôle interne, Risk). Mobilité requise pour des déplacements nationaux et régionaux. Langues Français : courant Anglais : professionnel Soft Skills Excellentes capacités de communication et de présentation. Très bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse. Capacité avérée à travailler avec un large éventail de parties prenantes. Excellentes qualités relationnelles, intégrité et sens de la confidentialité. Solides compétences en planification, organisation et priorisation.
