Senior Specialist - Training and Certification

To implement and manage the national training programs, certification, and approval framework for aviation security screeners across UAE airports, including State-delegated approval of CBT and e-learning programs, review of training curricula, conduct of certification assessments, and follow-up on compliance with NCASP, CAR Part VII, NCASTP, and NCASCCP. The role provides expert input on the evaluation and adoption of advanced training technologies, including AI, VR, and Metaverse solutions, to support standardized and future-ready AVSEC training.
