Group Lead - Data Quality Engineer

The Group Lead - Data Quality Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise Data Quality and Data Observability capabilities across the organization’s Central Data Platform. The role is responsible for defining policies and procedures while also building custom platform applications that enable automated monitoring, certification, and governance of data assets. This position combines data engineering, platform engineering, and application development to deliver scalable, self-service Data Quality solutions through modern data applications built on Databricks and Azure. The role will drive proactive data reliability by embedding observability, automated controls, and real-time monitoring directly into the data platform. The successful candidate will build and evolve custom Data Quality and Observability data applications (DataApps) enabling engineers and business users to monitor, configure, and manage data trust at scale.
