Job description
Managing client relationships- Building and Strengthening long term relationships with clients
Collecting and conveying relevant information to improve sales strategies.
Creating and maintaining a client portfolio.
Presenting offers and the features of products/services in a clear and convincing manner.
Negotiating commercial terms and conditions with clients.
Closing contracts and achieving established sales targets.
Budget responsibility
Compliance with company policies

Successor development
Education: University DegreeBusiness Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (usually 3–5 years for mid-level roles)
Experience managing key or strategic accounts, preferably in the same industry
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with B2B sales and client relationship management
Knowledge of the specific market/industry (e.g., Bucharest market, if region-specific)
Ability to travel occasionally, if client visits are required
Negotiation skills: experience in closing deals and managing contracts
Strategic thinking: ability to identify growth opportunities and develop account strategies
Communication and presentation skills: articulate, confident, and professional
