Join the team behind Disney Dreamlight Valley,  a cross-platform life-sim adventure game, and help create immersive, stylized 3D worlds inspired by iconic Disney & Pixar universes.

You’ll play a key role in shaping environments that players explore every day, balancing strong artistic vision with technical performance.

    • Creating optimized assets that perform across platforms

    YOUR TOOLKIT

    In-Engine & Level Art

    • Strong understanding of artistic composition (storytelling, mood, appeal)
    • Ability to create clear, readable environments that support gameplay and navigation
    • Solid technical knowledge of real-time environments, including: Collision, NavMesh, Draw Calls, Line of Sight, Vertex painting, foliage painting, terrain editing, Day/Night cycle implementation
    • Good understanding of lighting principles and their impact on mood and readability
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with Level Design and understand gameplay needs

    3D Asset Creation

    • Mastery of trimsheet workflows
    • Experience with modular kit creation (architecture, cliffs, environment systems)
    • Solid knowledge of 3D props modeling
    • Experience with one of: 3ds Max / Maya / Blender
    • Knowledge of Substance 3D, Photoshop, and ZBrush
    • Experience working in Unity
    • Understanding of optimization for real-time environments
    • Experience with modular workflows and asset pipelines
