Job description

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Own the full lifecycle of developer productivity and quality tools (e.g., GitHub/GitLab, Artifactory/Nexus, SonarQube, LambdaTest, Pact) 
  • Being involved in vendor management, licensing, renewals, and cost optimization
  • Monitor adoption and performance through KPIs and feedback to drive continuous improvement in developer experience
  • Coordinate integration into enterprise workflows, identity systems, and security controls.
  • Facilitate structured feedback loops, evaluate new capabilities, and contribute to roadmap decisions.
  •  Ensure compliance with governance, audit, licensing, data protection, and security policies .
  •  Support incident and problem management for the managed tools in collaboration with engineering teams.

Required key competencies and qualifications: 

  • Proven experience with software engineering or DevOps environments; programming fundamentals required.
  •  Familiarity with SCM, artifact, testing and quality management tools (GitHub/GitLab, Artifactory/Nexus, SonarQube, LambdaTest)
  • Understanding of security, compliance, auditability.
  •  Ability to analyze tool usage and satisfaction data (e.g., dashboards, KPIs, CSAT/OKRs) .
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills .
  • Service-oriented, proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Independent and reliable way of working in distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Preferably located in Romania to ensure close collaboration with users and squad members
