Job description

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to support our B2B lead generation and SaaS sales efforts. The role involves engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team while maintaining a strong and professional communication approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce company services and solutions
  • Generate and qualify leads through structured conversations
  • Achieve a minimum of 120 minutes of daily talk time
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Understand client requirements and position relevant SaaS or digital solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture and move them through the sales funnel
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, lead generation, and meeting bookings.

 

Other requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably B2B/SaaS)
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach
  • Ability to handle objections and drive conversations toward desired outcomes
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and calling processes is a plus
