Job description
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to support our B2B lead generation and SaaS sales efforts. The role involves engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team while maintaining a strong and professional communication approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce company services and solutions
- Generate and qualify leads through structured conversations
- Achieve a minimum of 120 minutes of daily talk time
- Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
- Understand client requirements and position relevant SaaS or digital solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and move them through the sales funnel
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, lead generation, and meeting bookings.
Other requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably B2B/SaaS)
- Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach
- Ability to handle objections and drive conversations toward desired outcomes
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
- Familiarity with CRM tools and calling processes is a plus
