Join Valiantys and be part of something extraordinary! Job summary Valiantys is looking for an Engagement Director to lead strategic, IT services-led client engagements. This role owns the executive relationship, business outcomes, and long-term value strategy for a portfolio of accounts. You will work with clients to understand their goals, frame business problems, shape solution roadmaps, and ensure engagements deliver measurable value over time. This is not a day-to-day project management role. Delivery leaders and project managers run execution cadence, delivery planning, and operational controls. Account Executives own commercials and closing. The Engagement Director brings the strategic layer: executive alignment, advisory leadership, outcome governance, escalation ownership, and growth-oriented partnership.
