About the Role
As a Business Analyst in our Service Department, you’ll do more than analyze numbers—you’ll help drive smarter decisions across a fast-paced offshore environment.

Working in a tight-knit team, you’ll take ownership of data quality, build robust models, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform complex data into meaningful action.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn data into insight: analyze market trends, support strategy development, and follow up on key initiatives
• Translate complexity into clarity: deliver sharp, decision-ready insights to senior stakeholders
• Strengthen data foundations: identify, monitor, and improve data quality across systems
• Build models that matter: forecast scenarios, assess performance, and support business cases
• Collaborate across teams: work closely with business and finance to create scalable, data-driven solutions
• Be a trusted partner: engage with users and experts to understand needs and deliver high-impact solutions
• Shape the future: contribute to the development of our modern data platform

Who You Are

• 2+ years’ experience in business analysis, finance, data modelling, or similar
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data in a business context (offshore experience is a bonus)
• Skilled at turning data into clear, actionable insights
• Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills in English
• Curious about AI and motivated to explore how it can drive business value
