Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is curious, analytical, and able to think beyond traditional boundaries. Within our Risk Tribe, you will work closely with Product Owners, architects, developers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to shape the digital experiences that will define the future of our customer journey. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You will transform ideas into clear, structured requirements and ensure that the delivered solutions are scalable, technically feasible, and aligned with the product vision

Responsabilities:

• Gather, analyze, and refine business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, data models, and documentation
• Lead refinement sessions and impact analysis
• DATA MODELLING & ANALYSIS
• Design and document conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Map data transformations and identify data quality gaps
• Support data lineage documentation. SQL & DATA VALIDATION
• Use SQL to validate assumptions, analyze issues, and support decision-making
• Perform data extraction and quality checks.
• STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION
• Work with Product Owners on backlog prioritization
• Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions
• QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPPORT
• Help QA with test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Participate in UAT and validate features.

Profile:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Experience in banking/Risk domain
• Strong knowledge of data modelling (ERD, schemas)
• Solid SQL experience
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, integrations
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Postman.
