SENIOR MANAGER TALENT CYCLE WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Talent Cycle, this position is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to a diverse operations team supporting employee onboarding and talent lifecycle processes. Provides direction on identifying process and efficiency improvements, resolving employee data inconsistencies, and maintaining accurate records. Accountable for meeting departmental goals, service level agreements, and operational objectives while supporting change initiatives and mitigating operational and compliance risks. Works to enhance the employee experience while ensuring alignment with HR Operations policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Lead and oversee onboarding and offboarding operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of pre-hire, new hire and post-hire processes in alignment with established service level agreements. Lead and oversee HR Operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of daily Manager Self-Service transactions in HRMS, HR Helpline oversight, and respond to ad hoc audit requests within established service level agreements. Manage and develop the team, providing guidance, performance management, and operational oversight Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within onboarding workflows through collaboration with Talent Cycle, Digital Solutions, and cross-functional partners. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards while maintaining data accuracy and audit readiness. Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to support a consistent and positive experience aligned with HR and business objectives WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Required Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years of HR or Operations experience least Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry Minimum 5 years of experience in policy interpretation and/or case adjudication Minimum 3 years of people management/leadership experience Additional Qualifications A combination of HR, Operations and client service experience is preferred Leadership and team management experience Process improvement and change management experience Compliance and risk awareness, as well as strong decision-making skills regarding policy application Effective presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills Ability to interact with and influence all levels in the organization Solid problem solving, analytical (including qualitative analysis), research, and quantitative skills Operational excellence and strong attention to detail Flexibility, adaptability and resilience HR Systems experience with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow and UKG Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite, SharePoint WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary:$99,000-$176,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
