Job description
Primary Function of Position:
The position is responsible for the overall status of order fulfillment and for managing inventory levels throughout the manufacturing process for an area of production.
This includes implementing the approved manufacturing plan and maintaining inventory levels as well as ensuring replenishment. In doing so, you must consider ideal supply levels, supply flexibility and reserves. This position also offers the opportunity to take a leading role in implementing a demand-pull system for our production line.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning, creation, scheduling and tracking of production, rework, and service orders of all production lines
- Material requirement determination for Service and transfer to SAP
Identification and reporting of deviations plus coordination of countermeasures in short-, medium-, and long-term projects
Supervision and coordination of changes to bills of materials and routings
Supervision and coordination of test setups in the context of EBRs
Supervision, coordination of new product launches
Independent implementation of projects with higher complexity and duration with regard to Lean Manufacturing and CI
Compliance with environmental regulations
Compliance with corporate, regulatory and safety policies and procedures
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree as an industrial clerk with at least 5 years of professional experience as a production planner
Very good analytical thinking as well as a very good understanding of process flows
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Confident handling of Microsoft Visio
Very good SAP knowledge
Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills in English
Willingness to work in a clean room under ESD conditions

Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
