About Organization
The organization explanation The Brand Creative Strategy Department is a team of 10 people, including managers, and is an in-house design team that will provide creative production and promotion planning cultivated at Rakuten Mobile to the entire Rakuten Group from January 2024.
The members are mostly mid-career hires, ranging from their 20s to 40s, and the team environment allows for discussions regardless of age or position.
The director and designer form a unit and work together on each project to create better results without giving up, creating a sense of accomplishment in the process.
Job duties
You will be responsible for creating promotional and advertising materials requested by the group. Production will be carried out in collaboration with the director.
Design of communication tools such as posters, flyers, and booklets
Space design for events and design of promotional tools
KPI management
Budget management
Management of design assets
Minimum Qualification
3 years or more experience as an AE or production director at an advertising agency or production company or 1 year or more experience as a designer at an in-house, advertising agency, or production company
Those aiming to become an Art Director
Those who can drive business by involving others
Those who can approach work with flexibility
Preferred Qualification
Experience in the industry of in-store promotion and advertising communication (Multi-players welcome, regardless of offline or online)
Those who enjoy thinking about user communication and can conduct marketing research on a daily basis
Individuals who can think for themselves and discuss their intentions, and have a desire to improve business with the power of creativity
