Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements and talent profiles
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with both role requirements and SLS culture
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessment centers, and selection processes
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, particularly in a pre-opening environment
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives to position SLS The Red Sea as an employer of choice
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data using ATS and recruitment platforms
  • Support onboarding processes in collaboration with People & Culture to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies and efficiency
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and local regulations, including government platforms in Saudi Arabia
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
  • Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes within Saudi Arabia, including government platforms (e.g., Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, pre-opening environment with evolving priorities
