Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements and talent profiles
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with both role requirements and SLS culture
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessment centers, and selection processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, particularly in a pre-opening environment
- Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives to position SLS The Red Sea as an employer of choice
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data using ATS and recruitment platforms
- Support onboarding processes in collaboration with People & Culture to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies and efficiency
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and local regulations, including government platforms in Saudi Arabia
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and managing full-cycle recruitment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Knowledge of recruitment processes within Saudi Arabia, including government platforms (e.g., Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
