1)     Maintain the Organization's Food Safety Plan: Ensure that the company’s food safety plan is up to date, aligned with regulations, and consistently followed.

2)     Maintain and Update Food Safety and Policy Manuals: Regularly review and update the food safety manuals and policies to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or company practices.

3)     Conduct Regular Food Safety Inspections: Perform scheduled inspections to ensure all food safety protocols are being followed in all areas of the organization.

4)     Report Critical Findings from Audits and Food Safety Checks to the Management Team: Communicate any major food safety issues identified during audits to management for immediate action.

5)     Conduct Monthly Food Safety Audits, Develop Corrective Actions, and Root Cause Analysis: Carry out monthly audits, identify issues, determine their causes, and implement corrective actions.

6)     Work Closely with Pest Control to Maintain a Pest-Free Environment: Collaborate with pest control services to ensure the facility remains free from pests, a critical part of food safety.

7)     Develop and Execute a Food Safety Training Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive training program to educate employees on food safety practices.

8)     Regular Documented Food Safety Meetings: Hold regular meetings to discuss food safety topics and ensure all team members are aligned on current practices.

1)     Act as Company Representation for External Customers and Regulatory Authority Audits: Represent the company during audits conducted by external customers or regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

2)     Develop and Coordinate Corrective Action Plans from External Auditors: After an audit, create and coordinate action plans to address any non-compliance or issues raised by external auditors.

3)     OSHA: Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
