Job description
Grow the business by identifying and winning new sales opportunities with hotels customers, especially 4‑ and 5‑star properties.
Proactively recruit for new customers and manage tender submissions.
Manage and develop existing hotel accounts by building strong, long‑term relationships.
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to drive account growth.
Partner with customers to create a joint business plans and track results.
Manage promotional activities and budgets effectively.
Review account performance regularly to ensure targets and ROI are achieved.
Collaborate with local teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives.
Set account growth targets and review performance monthly to maintain momentum.
Education:-
University degree
Must have:
- > 5 years of experience in HORECA business or F&B industry, prefer experience with hotel.
- Entrepreneurship mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in English.
