Job description
As Director of Product Management, you will guide the strategy and execution for critical Moen product lines within Wholesale and Retail channels. This role plays a key part in aligning with Channel, Sales, and Digital/eCommerce strategies to deliver meaningful consumer experiences and achieve revenue and margin objectives.
You will develop actionable product plans, pricing strategies, and consumer segmentation approaches, and will partner closely with Channel Marketing to support demand generation initiatives that deliver ROI. Your leadership will also help shape future product development and ensure offerings are relevant, competitive, and aligned with our values.

What you will be doing
Contribute to the overall Strategic Business Unit (SBU) direction by offering deep product platform knowledge and ensuring alignment with Channel, Digital, and Sales priorities.
Be accountable for top-line revenue, contribution margin, and SG&A performance across the managed portfolio.
Translate product strategy into detailed product plans and collaborate with Product Development to bring them to market.
Develop pricing strategies and consumer segmentation plans to deliver value and meet financial targets.
Support demand generation efforts by shaping promotional strategies and aligning with Channel Marketing on ROI-positive campaigns.
Co-develop the product roadmap with Global Product Development and align timing and resource needs to support innovation.
Provide input into Joint Business Planning (JBP) efforts, collaborating with Sales to shape customer plans and outcomes. Join customer meetings as needed to support execution.
Collaborate with Channel and Digital teams to ensure customer-facing programs reflect SBU and brand goals.
Partner with Global Brand Marketing to align brand messaging with product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
Guide pricing decisions across the platform, maintaining portfolio-wide consistency and contribution to revenue and margin objectives.
Coordinate with Innovation and Consumer Insights teams to align research with brand and SBU strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or marketing, ideally within consumer or durable goods sectors
Demonstrated success in leading B2C strategies and understanding consumer behavior and market dynamics
Proven ability to develop and support high-performing teams and collaborate across complex organizations
Experience with P&L ownership and applying financial insights to product decision-making
Skilled in product lifecycle planning, pricing, and consumer segmentation
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Comfortable prioritizing multiple projects and navigating complex challenges
Ability to travel approximately 20–30%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA or advanced degree
Experience in both B2C and B2B environments
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $140,000 USD - $220,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
