The Intel Security Sector delivers technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intel customers in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics.

The Intel Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for an IT Manager. Your job will be to provide IT project management and support to assigned OSINT IT mission systems, commercial capabilities, data science initiatives, trade studies, and innovative prototype initiatives.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility enterprise program at the intersection of data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. Ideal candidates are motivated by mission impact, comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments, and interested in building deep domain expertise while delivering capabilities with real-world national security outcomes. The successful candidate will work on projects to design, develop, and deploy software applications to support DIA/NDOC OSINT production on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). This position will be located at one of our customer sites in Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; or Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC.

Responsibilities Include:
- Produce task management and provide expertise to mid and senior level personnel on IT projects.
- Coordinate team efforts and contribute to overall IT objectives.
- Manage IT lifecycle for OSINT systems, coordinate across teams, handle requirements gathering, cost analysis, and provide project plans with Agile management techniques.
- Support multiple Agile development team(s) with IT management support.
- Supervise Managed Attribution Solutions to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sustained operations.
- Understand and interpret requirements, high-level features and desired outcomes to articulate the needs to be addressed.
Clearance Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline and 4 years of experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree are acceptable.
- Candidates with a minimum 3 years of recent experience in the field will be considered.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, US Citizenship is required.
- Experience overseeing multidisciplinary technical teams (cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI/ML, hybrid environments).
- Experience managing cost, schedule, scope, and risk for large-scale government programs.
- Experience with resource planning, task scheduling, and risk management.
- A strong working knowledge of Network, Systems/Compute, and End-User Support environments.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on complex software projects.
- Experience working with a highly technical team in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to successfully interact with various stakeholders (i.e. customers, developers, system engineers, system admins).
- Self-motivated and self-starter.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the field with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Experience supporting a Program Management Office (PMO) on large government contracts.
- Proficiency with software development tools and methodologies.
- Experience supporting federal IT modernization or cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
- Experience with cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CISM, CCSP, SAFe Agilist, or ITIL.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
