Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OSS systems and related IT infrastructure
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and change management using ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime
  • Document technical processes and maintain a knowledge base
  • Participate in IT projects and system upgrades when required

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in an IT Technician or similar technical role
  • Experience with OSS systems is highly desirable
  • Strong experience using ServiceNow
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Availability to work on-site in Toronto twice per week
  • Work Mode: On-site, 2 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday)
