Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. This role will support the planning and execution of events by coordinating logistics, assisting with vendor communications, and ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish.

  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, setup, and on-site support.

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing event materials, tracking budgets, and maintaining records.

  • Provide support during events, including guest assistance and problem resolution.

  • Contribute creative ideas to improve event design and attendee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or customer service.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools is a plus.
