We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with our business goals and client needs.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research prospective clients through market analysis and outreach.
Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Present company services and solutions to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the company CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
