Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of event planning, from concept development to execution, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a talent for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from inception to completion.

  • Liaise with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements.

  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure seamless execution.

  • Handle on-site event management, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting.

  • Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports.

  • Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
