Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and office correspondence

  • Maintain organized records and handle confidential information with discretion

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested

  • Support various departments with administrative and clerical tasks

  • Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed

  • Welcome and assist visitors or clients in the office

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus
