BCBA Opportunity | Edison, NJ | $100K–$110K + Sign-On

Hey everyone! I’m actively recruiting a BCBA Clinical Director for a brand-new ABA program launching inside a pediatric therapy center in Edison, NJ.

This isn’t your typical BCBA job — you’d be building the program from scratch with full clinical and leadership support, working alongside SLPs and OTs, and carrying a manageable caseload of only 8–12 kids (ages 18 months to 6 years).

💰 $100K–$110K salary

🎁 Sign-on bonus + monthly incentives
