Job description
- Be responsible for new platform development acting as project leader, to ensure project objectives with defined development process
- Lead cross functional mechanical development SE-team (customer, sales, engineering, production, quality...)
- Lead team to do project requirement/time/cost/risk/change management, technical analysis/problem solving
- Release product to production and support for production launch
- Build up network with worldwide engineering team (Hungary, Japan, Germany)
- overall outlook to project, ability to do time/cost/risk management
- logic thinking for problem solving & root cause analysis
- barrier-free communication with all stakeholders in English
- drive to results as expected on the basis of product/project knowledge, soft skills(conflict management, escalation...)
