PUQ Engineer_ME

• Be Responsible for supplier claims and documentation: - Issue Q2 to supplier, follow up and evaluate supplier's 8D - Lead problem solving and dig out technical cause -Review and check the supplier action effectiveness
• Be the Interface between manufacturing plant, purchasing organization, QEC and suppliers
• Coordinate the immediately containment activities for purchased parts to ensure continuous of production flow.
• Be Responsible for concession treatment inside the plant regarding raw material
• Lead lessons learned for semiconductor (fab , assembly, testing, application)
• Collect the failure cost and conduct the technical plausibility check
• Initiative in top failure CIP with suppliers and top focal supplier quality improvement
• Supplier contact window maturity build up (8D quality improvement, cooperation and quick response)
• Support to solve electronic component application issue
• Support plant digital transformation project

1.Bachelor Degree in electronic engineering

2.> 3 years working experience in semiconductor or automotive industry

3.Semiconductor testing or application knowledge

4.Fluent in oral and written English

5.Solid knowledge in problem solving methodologies and standard quality tools
