Job description

 

 

  • Tracking of engineering change requests (ECRs) in the implementation phase and keeping records up-to-date
  • Notify relevant department representatives about changes
  • Responsible for the process of labeling first shipment after change
  • Tracking and creation of Revision levels (SAP)
  • Preparation of standardized technical documentation for processing ECRs
  • Participation on regular Change Gates
  • Assistance in coordinating plant activities in order to achieve planned introduction date and minimize related costs 

 

  • Creative with attention to details
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Reliability and ability to work in team
  • Good knowledge of English
  • German language knowledge is an advantage
  • Preferred field of study: Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences or comparable field of study
