Job description

  • Supporting responsible commercial or project purchasing manager in daily working tasks
  • Supporting with creation of official RFQs in official Bosch PJM platform
  • Updating excel tables regularly
  • Handling of daily tasks in SAP (download of documentation, system checking, update of records)
  • Participation in part and production release process
  • Participation in the engineering change process (ECR)
  • Active participation in all regular meetings
  • Supporting continuous benchmarking process
  • Supporting supplier negotiations and technical discussions
  • Recent graduate or last year student: Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences or comparable field of study
  • Proactive and driven
  • Creative, with attention to details
  • Target oriented thinking
  • Open to learn new things and grow with the team
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • German language is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel, VBA is an advantage)
  • Quick and agile learner
