Job description

Attorneys play a pivotal role in managing the entire case-handling process, overseeing tasks from initial filing through to verdict. Their responsibilities include handling serious and catastrophic personal injury cases. Attorneys ensure top shelf service by supervising teams that help you only do the work that attorneys should do.

Key duties involve screening potential litigation clients, interviewing clients and witnesses, managing case files and negotiating with insurance companies. Attorneys are actively engaged in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, as well as preparing for and participating in mediations. Other responsibilities include interviewing and deposing witnesses, and preparing clients for depositions. Additionally, litigation attorneys provide counsel to clients, and assistance at trial.  We maintain a collaborative approach, working closely with supervising attorneys to ensure the effective and comprehensive handling of litigation matters.
