Job description

Client Engagement & Opportunity Development

  • Identify and research potential clients and project opportunities across key sectors (public and private) in the MENA and GCC regions.

  • Develop tailored client presentations, pitch decks, and capability statements based on Nulabe’s service offerings.

  • Support the preparation and submission of proposals in response to RFPs, tenders, or direct opportunities.

  • Coordinate with technical leads to ensure proposal content is accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.

  • Assist in crafting messaging and narratives that communicate Nulabe’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.

  • Maintain an updated tracker of outreach efforts, proposal submissions, and win/loss insights.

Prospecting & Relationship Building

  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients and strategic partners via platforms such as LinkedIn, tender portals, and industry events.

  • Conduct initial outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling of introductory meetings.

  • Represent Nulabe in client interactions, with the ability to speak confidently about the firm’s services and past work.

  • Nurture and manage relationships with leads throughout the pre-engagement process, from cold contact to signed proposal.

Expert & Resource Alignment (Secondary Focus)

  • Identify and engage relevant experts based on client requirements and project scopes.

  • Maintain an up-to-date expert roster, including qualifications, sector experience, and availability.

  • Support coordination between experts and internal teams during proposal development.

Reporting & Knowledge Management

  • Prepare regular reports summarizing BD activity, outreach metrics, and opportunity pipelines.

  • Maintain organized records of client and partner interactions, proposal versions, and submission timelines.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge management by documenting lessons learned from successful and unsuccessful bids.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, client relations, or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking and client outreach.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Familiarity with database management and meeting coordination tools.
