Job description

Digital& SAL is looking to recruit a “Projects Coordinator” for its operations in Lebanon.

Main Tasks:

  • Attend meetings with the clients and maintain a professional interface at all times.
  • Participate in the preparation of competitive bids for potential telecom projects, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop operational progress reports as requested by the Operations Manager.
  • Optimize field staff productivity while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with project requirements.
  • Oversee the procurement, initiation, and follow-up of material deliveries to project sites, ensuring timely execution.
  • Supervise civil works and other telecom-related projects, ensuring adherence to the set standards and best practices.
  • Maintain and update floor plans and project documentations for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, compliance, and quality of work.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements and regulations.

Suitable candidate should have minimum 5 years’ experience in related position, be holder of a relevant academic degree, have good command of English and MS office suite.
