Civil Works Team Leader (Telecom Sector)

Digital& SAL is looking for a Civil Works Team Leader to oversee telecom infrastructure projects in Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Supervise the assembly and erection of tower installations.
• Oversee the construction of tower foundations and bases.
• Manage the installation of antennas and microwave (MW) systems.
• Supervise cabling, power, and coaxial feeder installation.
• Oversee and execute other civil works activities as needed for telecom sites development.
• Liaise with the operations manager, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, quality standards, and telecom industry best practices.

• Proven experience in cell site construction, including foundations, towers, canopies, shelters, generators, fuel tanks, and telecom equipment.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, including foundation, and soil types.
• Familiarity with local regulatory construction requirements.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as Team Leader in civil works in the telecom sector.
• Relevant Bachelor or TS degree.
