Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and fresh graduate Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and enhance your knowledge in Post Tensioning and Reinforced Concrete (RC) design while working under close supervision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in civil engineering with a focus on safe and efficient design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine technical design tasks in line with project requirements and CCL standards.
  • Improve your knowledge and skills in Post Tensioning and RC design techniques.
  • Apply prescribed engineering techniques and procedures to assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Understand and adhere to professional and ethical responsibilities in all design work.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive data necessary for drawings, aligning with the overall design concept.
  • Keep thorough records of all technical data used in the design process.
  • Raise any concerns regarding deviations from design concepts or potential impacts on design assumptions.
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed effectively and archived in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Technicians to assign tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Fresh graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering with 3.2 or above CGPA
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with relevant design software is a plus.
