Maintenance of HVAC Systems
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on various HVAC units including split systems, package units, and central AC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Clean coils, filters, and condenser units as part of scheduled maintenance.
HVAC Repair & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair faults in AC and refrigeration systems.
- Respond to service requests and breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.
- Replace defective parts such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
- Record and report issues, work performed, and parts used.
Installation Works
- Install new HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Coordinate with other trades (electrical, civil, etc.) during installation projects.

4. Driving Duties:

Transport tools, equipment, and HVAC units safely to and from job sites.
Drive company vehicle for pick-up and delivery of materials and spare parts as required.
Ensure proper maintenance of the company vehicle (cleanliness, fuel, servicing, etc.).
Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while driving.

5. Safety & Compliance:

Follow safety protocols while handling electrical systems and refrigerants.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
