Job description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 13–16 years
- Experience in DevOps Engineering / Platform Engineering / CI/CD Automation
- Strong expertise in GitHub Actions / Jenkins (Must Have) and modern CI/CD frameworks
- Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and release management
- Experience with artifact management tools (JFrog Artifactory) and code quality tools (SonarQube)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Prometheus – Good to Have)
- Strong understanding of Agile, CI/CD best practices, and DevOps maturity models
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines across applications and platforms
- Drive DevOps strategy implementation and standardization across teams
- Build and evolve DevOps frameworks, templates, and reusable components
- Integrate code quality, security, and testing into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
- Enable automation across build, test, deployment, and release processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support microservices and cloud-native delivery
- Manage and optimize DevOps toolchain (GitHub, Jenkins, JFrog, SonarQube, etc.)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and promote platform engineering practices
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of DevOps platforms
- Drive observability, monitoring, and incident response improvements
- Mentor teams and promote DevOps culture, best practices, and shift-left approach
- Support release management, production deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
