Specialist, Parts Quality Assurance

Position Summary

1. Develop and produce parts that can be mass-produced by verifying and approving new parts during development stages.

• Secure self-quality-guarantee-system of partners' during mass production stages to stabilize production processes and market quality.

  Role and Responsibilities

• [Managing an approval] Participate in validating risk factors in a new part by checking a partner’s process, outgoing inspection system, etc.
• [Managing production parts] Performing activities to guarantee parts quality by establishing an improvement measure and analyzing defects when quality issues happen during partners' production stages.
• [Prior quality management] Supply parts by performing prior activities with a partner, utilizing a technique to improve quality.
• [Quality post-management] Prevent defects from reoccurring by performing post-management activities related to defect history and an established measurement.
• [Managing quality related expenses] Minimize risk factors which exist in quality related expenses (accident, incident, compensation, RMA (Return Material Authorization) resulted from our company’s parts.
• [Customer support] Analyze defects, identify underlying cause, and establish a post-management measure when a customer is dissatisfied with the parts.

• Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
• Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
• Typical entry point for university graduates
