• 8+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years of experience in front-end/web development, including:
• Java
• Ruby on Rails
• Python
• PhP
• Net
• Solr/Lucene
• Ability to assist stakeholders in evaluating tools and technologies
• Ability to creatively solve problems and recommend complex solutions
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Experience and familiarity with Agile development methodology
