Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Technical Customer Service team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to tire performance monitoring, customer support, and field service activities in the Off-The-Road (OTR) tire industry.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customer tire inspections and complaint investigations

  • Assisting in technical reporting and root cause analysis

  • Monitoring tire performance data from digital tools (e.g. TPMS, analytics software)

  • Providing field and back-office support to Technical and Sales Managers

  • Participating in training programs, customer visits, and service audits

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking and an interest in field-based engineering and technical customer support.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in engineering related fields.

  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English

  • Interest in off-highway vehicle systems or heavy equipment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data interpretation

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team

  • Monthly internship allowance provided
