Our cutting edge technology, manufacturing proficiency and responsivetechnical services deliver the Tier One capabilities Customers require Responsibilities Source and purchase PCBA electronic components such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, connectors, PCBs, solder materials, and related items. Monitor and follow through on deliveries to ensure material arrives on time in the factory and gets received and moved to inventory. Identify, evaluate, and develop new local and overseas suppliers. Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance including quality, delivery, and service level. Handle material shortages, delivery delays, and quality issues in coordination with suppliers Ensure material availability in line with production schedules and forecasts. Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activities. Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking and production shortages Ensure purchased materials comply with BOM, drawings, and technical specifications. Support supplier audits and compliance requirements (e.g., RoHS, REACH). Collaborate with QA and Engineering teams to resolve NCRs and material quality issues Maintain complete and accurate purchasing documentation. Prepare purchasing reports, cost analysis, and supplier performance evaluations. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company SOPs and policies Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance teams. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities related to new material sourcing. Competency : Able to control the source of supplies, and its cost Able to use excel and Co pilot extensively for data analysis and marker research Able to review and execute MRP, CTB reviews using Power BI and other tools Able to manage, control and evaluate Vendor/Supplier/Sub-con Suppliers prices increase able to negotiate the better price. Manage to communicate with other department to resolve the issues. Take initiative to clear some of the excess parts to support other projects Strong negotiation and communication skills Analytical and cost control mindset High attention to detail and good documentation skills Problem-solving and proactive attitude Team-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration Good command of English (written and spoken) Qualifications 2–5 years of experience as a Buyer / Purchasing in PCBA or Electronics Manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of electronic components and PCBA BOM structures. Experience handling local and overseas suppliers. Proficient negotiation and communication skills. Familiar with ERP / MRP systems. Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Prior experience working in the purchasing department in the same industry required Strong understanding of the market conditions and trends Working knowledge of negotiation techniques in the industry Exceptional interpersonal and social skills to build a good rapport Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great team player Flexible to travel and work long hours, as necessary.
