We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stewarding Associate to join our dynamic team in Jaipur, India. - Perform cleaning and sanitation duties in accordance with established protocols, safety standards, and organizational guidelines
- Maintain and organize storage areas, ensuring proper inventory management, accessibility, and stock rotation
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, following manufacturer guidelines
- Support food service operations by ensuring dining areas, kitchens, service stations, and food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and well-organized
- Respond promptly and professionally to requests from team members and guests, demonstrating a supportive and customer-focused demeanor
- Inspect work areas regularly to ensure compliance with organizational cleanliness and safety standards
- Dispose of waste materials appropriately and maintain proper waste management and recycling procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance issues, concerns, or opportunities for improvement
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas, event spaces, and function rooms as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times while representing the organization with integrity and pride
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to protect the well-being of team members and guests
**Required Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in housekeeping, sanitation, stewarding, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistently high-quality work standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as part of a team in a supportive manner
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies, materials, and their proper use and maintenance
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to following health and safety regulations
- Problem-solving mindset with flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in hospitality, food service, hotel, or restaurant environments
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and supply ordering
- Customer service orientation and experience interacting with diverse groups
- Certification in food safety or sanitation practices
- Experience with specialized cleaning techniques or equipment
