MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO

• Planning & Scheduling of project activities within and outside Lagos.
• Planning, coordinating and controlling manpower and material transmission line project execution.
• Preparing project Completion reports.
• Uphold high level of professional and safety standard in line with project management.
• Business Development and Product Design.
• Excellent communication skill (both written and oral), selling skill and good organization skill
• Must be result oriented and be innovative
• Must be analytical.
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage e.g NIESV, ACCA etc.

• B.Sc/HND in Estate Management, Architecture, Quantity Survey, Engineering or any of the related fields
• 35-40 years of age
• Minimum of 12 years working experience in Senior Management position.
