Job description
- Candidate must have the ability to lead, drive and manage the inside operations with the organization to continuously provide dedicated support and resource to drive efficiency and customer focused results.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a team of people.
- Good organizing, planning and coordinating skills,
- Ability to maintain information in an efficient manner.
- Good knowledge of contract negotiation/supplier management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Sound knowledge of performance management
- Candidates must possess a minimum of first degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of second class upper division/upper credit.
- Must have at least 10 years Cognate experience in support Environment with Customer Engineer Experience.
- Experience in Service management and Support
- Must have managed at least 5 support engineers
- Must be ITIL Certified
