Job description
- The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for
- Develop and maintain a readily available and up-to-date customer database.
- Handle customer’s complaints and keep accurate up to date records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Visiting customers to provide a one to one service delivery.
- Develop, build and maintain a strong bonding relationship from customers to company products.
- The suitable candidate must possess
- H.N.D or B.Sc in Social Science, MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years experience (in managerial position) in FMCG and not more than 40 years.
- Good leadership and motivational skills.
- Interpersonal skills and result oriented.
- Must be computer literate, with valid drive’s license.
