Job description
- Minimum of masters degree in educational management/administration/curriculum and instruction/early childhood education.
- Registered by TRCN.
- Demonstrated and tested ability to exercise the responsibility allocated to the school head.
- A minimum of 5 years previous administrative experience.
- Initiates, plan, direct coordinate and oversee the academic and co-curricular programmes and polices to meet specific needs of the school.
- Assumes responsibilities within the overall scope of the position which the board may assign.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and management skills.
- Excellent communication skill (written and verbal) and effective public speaking skills.
- High organizational ability.
- Confidence, professionalism and creativity.
