Job description
- Develop policies and procedures that facilitate operational efficiency of the commissioning the areas of information technology, Human Resources, Office Administration and Finance.
- Coordinate staff management and general administration staff discipline, performance management etc.
- Prepare the commissions operational, financial and other periodic reports cooperate plans and other reporting requirements and submit to the board for information and/or approval as the case may be.
- Manage vendor Service Level Agreements and ensure compliance towards delivery excellent service to the commission.
- Ensure the commission complies with all statutory and external requirements and regulations.
- Assist the commission in developing strategies for fund raising and management of such funds.
- Minimum of first degree in Accounting, Economics or any Numerate Discipline.
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA and any relevant functional professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- At least five (5) years experience in a leadership capacity in a similar position.
- Management accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting ,monthly reporting is an added advantage.
- Proven ability for implementing and monitoring financial control and creating processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
