Job description
- Achieves the defined minimum production, manpower and quality budgeted objectives for the sales outlets under his responsibilities.
- Leads and motivates the sales force in his area of responsibility, to work with conviction and proper attitude, removing any real or assumed barriers to achieve budgeted objectives.
- Direct, develop and coaches sales and unit managers to recruit and build a professional full time sales force ensuring that appropriate class and field training is provided to the sales force under his responsibility.
- Establish himself as the reliable connection between his outlets and the Head office endure that respective needs and goals are satisfied within company policies and practice.
- The desired candidate will be someone who had worked successfully as marketing or relationship managers of a bank or other financial institution but now desires a career as a sales manager.
- He or she must possess the following qualification advantage.
- B.Sc/HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
