Job description
Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing strategy plan for the unit. Organize and implement client relations scheme Responsible for 4 key areas: Bringing in new business, Brand development, Customer experience, and Brand research.
Manage client relationships, overseeing all clients brand development and execution initiatives and representing the company at all client touch points. Develop and lead implementation of strategies which shape future business delivery and provide the best possible business.
Market and expand the unit via acquisition of new client base.
Train and develop a potential replacement from within the existing team Marketing of service/development of the unit Work with the accounting (credit control department) to ensure dispatch of invoices for completed projects and collection of funds.
First Degree in Marketing or other relevant courses. A Masters degree will be a strong advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong leadership and team building skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and lead teams Excellent command of the English language - spoken and written Minimum 3 year experience in client servicing Project management and market research experience Member of (or willingness to become a member of) at least one professional marketing or research association
