HEAD, OPERATIONS

The Head of Operations is a member of the executive team and supports the Managing Director. He / She will be responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all the company's field operations and sales and business development activities across

Nigeria. He/She reports to the Managing Director, ensures a strong operations control environment is maintained in which remittances, operations records, information technology, transfers procedures and management supervision meet corporate standards, His/her duties include ensuring strict compliance with operational policies and monitoring of customer related activities

A First degree with minimum 2nd Class Lower class or its equivalent

A degree in numerate or semi- numerate disciplines such as

Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting,

Economics, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Law and Business

Administration and other related discipline )

Working experience in the Financial Sector

ACA, ACCA, ICMA, CIBN, CIS, CFP or CFA and other relevant professional qualification from reputable organizations

Minimum of 10 years p05t qualification experience with at least 8 years in the Financial Services Sector and 4 years in senior management position

Candidates are expected to exhibit professionalism, communication skills, Leadership Skills, Objectivity and independence, proven ability to build and maintain relationship at all levels. Self motivation and managerial ability

Age: Between 35 and 50 years
