Job description

Drive the overall revenue objectives in the region/territory and achieve business goals (revenue, products, market-share, etc.)

Build & maintain high level customer & partner relationships.

Explore new business opportunity; build up quality pipeline supporting short term/ mid-term and long term business development.

Provide Monthly Geo Field Forecast.

Identify opportunities for new business, Geo expansion into emerging markets and communicate resources needed to address these opportunities to upper management team.

Minimum of first Degree

Minimum of 5 years work experience.

Experience in selling enterprise LAN/WAN technology solutions, SAN infrastructure, or enterprises IT storage solutions in regional territories

Knowing IT network infrastructure of these verticals and procurement process & qualification terms; experience of system integrator, VARs, direct customers engagement.

Experienced in Matrix organization to leverage resources to achieve sales target.

Experience in a Telecom Engineering Company, Telecoms Vendor or ICT is preferred and is of top-priority.

Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering or relevant Degree as applicable

Good Customer service orientation, communications skills, good team spirit and has ability to work independently.

Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft  Office (word, excel, and power point

Applicants should be open to learn new skills and technology.

Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written.

Must be ready for international project to the other African countries.
