Job description
We’re currently looking for an outstanding Business Development Executive with a passion for sales and an understanding of the online market. As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for successfully acquiring new accounts in the small to medium sized corporate space.
Business Development Executives also work with large corporate enterprises to build excellent working relationships in the acquisition of new business and the management of accounts. You will be selling Lextorah’s extensive line of online recruitment and training solutions and work with customers to provide bespoke solutions that will meet their personal and business requirements.
We have found that a successful Business Development Executives at Lextorah can come from a variety of different backgrounds. What we need is a talent, so here is a little guidance…
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in a new business role selling b2b
- Experience building long term client relationships and successfully managing client accounts
- Demonstrable sales track record
- Excellent understanding of the sales process
- Passion for sales and hungry for success and money
- Self motivated, driven and organised in order to manage own diary
- Ability to work and succeed in a targeted sales environment
- Excellent team worker
